TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By (1) Roselia Nabwire Obuya, (2) John Ojiambo Lubia and (3) Josephat Wandera Lubia, all of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Lubia Obuya alias Rubia Ombuya, who died on 8th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By Tarcisio Akello Agunda, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Agonda Apopo alias Pascal Agunda Apopo, who died on 6th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By Samuel Ojiambo Barasa, of P.O. Box 173, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandera Musikhe Ogalo alias Musikhe Ogalo, who died on 14th October, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
