Box 80904–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moizhussein Ebrahimji Esmailji alias Moiz Ebrahim Kitabwalla alias Moiz Ebrahimjee Kitabwalla alias Moiz Ebrahimji Kitabwala alias Moizhusein Ebrahimji Esmailji alias Moiz Ebrahimji Kitabwalla alias Moizhussein Ebrahimji Kitabwalla, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Mohamed Ahmed Swaleh Bukheit and (2) Musa Khalid Musa, both of P.O. Box 89447–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malkia Mohamed Omar, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
