TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Chepkorir Sigei and (2) Priscillah Chelimo Sigei, both of P.O. Box 341, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipngeno arap Sigei alias John K. Sigei alias John Kipngeno Sigei, who died at Sloam Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
