TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Samwel Kiprono Yegon, of P.O. Box 45, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe arap Ruto alias Sowe arap Ruto, who died at E. Dikirr, on 20th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By (1) Sarah Chepkemoi Ruto and (2) David Kipngetich Ruto, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkorir Ruto, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
