TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th June, 2025 CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Real Chepkirui Chumo and (2) Bornes Chepkemoi, both of P.O. Box 4–30301, Nandi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kipsiele Chumo alias John Kipsiele Chumo alias Kipsiele John Chumo alias Johana arap Chuma, late of Nandi, who died on 20th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
