Box 14170–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ballard Ralph Clifford alias Ralph Clifford Ballard alias Ballard Ralph, who died at Milimani, on 27th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2025 By Cecilia Muthoni Muchiri, of P.O. Box 18525–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Gathoga Gakunyi alias Bithwel Muchiri Gathoga, who died at Mpeketoni, on 17th August, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
