E46 OF 2025 By Chrisandus Wasike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasike Lusweti Tabu, who died on 26th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025 By (1) Konjefta Nekesa Simiyu and (2) Robert Wakoto Mwanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Simiyu Mwanja, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By Peter Masibo Khaemba, of P.O. Box 183, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khaemba Masibo Nyaranga alias Nyaranga Masibo Nalwanga, who died at Sitawa Village, North Sang’alo, on 7th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
