TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2024 By Joyce Karuana Kabutu, of P.O. Box 48, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabutu Njogu, who died at Kimbimbi Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E395 OF 2024 By Judy Wangui Munyua, of P.O. Box 79, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Burunju Kimunge, who died on 9th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
