TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Kantai Tobiko Paul and (2) Michael Tiampati Kantai, of P.O. Box 8802–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Naisiae Larus, who died on 8th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
