TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Jedline Gacheri Mbaka and (2) Annjoy Njeri Mbaka, the deceased’s widow and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Muthoni Mutegi, who died on 24th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Juliah Kathambi and (2) Edwin Nyabuga Okonde, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gwaro Okonde, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
