TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025 By Florence Adhiambo Otieno, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Otieno Achoki, who died at District Hospital, Siaya in Kenya, on 28th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By Henry Muganda Adero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dison Adero Muganda, who died at Mur-Ngiya Sub-location, on 12th August, 19965. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
