TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2024 By Joseph Omondi Okongo, of P.O. Box 462, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Okongo Okumu alias Okongo Okumu, who died on 25th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Walter Otieno Ogola and (2) George Onyango Ogola, both of P.O. Box 9899–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Ogola Onyango, who died at Biafra, on 4th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Walter Otieno Ogola and (2) George Onyango Ogola, both of P.O. Box 9899–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Adhiambo Ogola, who died at Shauri Moyo, on 14th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
