CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By Thomas Rop, of P.O. Box 3067-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the decesased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jemaiyo Kirior, who died at Ngenyilel, on 31st January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Josephine Lucy Muthoni Murungi, of P.O. Box 1846-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the decesased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wambui Murungi, who died on 19th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By John Kimani Ngumbi, of P.O. Box 682, Ruiru in Kenya, the decesased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbi Kimani, who died on 19th January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
