E111 OF 2025 By (1) Rosemary Chebungei Tanui and (2) David Kibet Tanui, both of P.O. Box 310, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kiptanui Biama, who died at Fountain Health Center, on 6th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025 By (1) Aggrey Ababu Imbenzi and (2) Harriet Afandi Imbenzi, both of P.O. Box 932, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Imbenzi Shilaho alias Boaz Imbinzi s/o Shilaho, who died at Kapchorwa, on 3rd September, 2020.
