TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By Thomas Nyakwara Sigiri, of P.O. Box 136-40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sigira Nyagwencha, who died at Ikonge, on 23rd January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) David Bunduki Momanyi and (2) Lawrence Obino, of P.O Box 360, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongosi Mogambi, who died on 13th May, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
