TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By (1) Hellen Kwamboka Osiemo and (2) Eunice Moraa Mogoa, both of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s co-wife and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loyce Mobasi Osiemo alias Loice Mobasi Osiemo, who died at Christa Marriane Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By John Onduso Ombongi, of P.O. Box 35, Keragia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakerario Oguta, who died at Keragia Dispensary, on 5th August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
