E131 OF 2024 By Margaret Wangui Mbugua, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wambui Kimachia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Wambui Gicuki and (2) Gienesio Gichuki Gikandi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gikandi Mbachi, who died at Kajiado County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Jackson Ramaita Timoi and (2) Erick Pingwa Timoi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Njeri Kibayu alias Anne Njeri Kibayu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Edward Mukora Mwangi (2) Charles Maina Mwangi, (3) Mark Muongi Njeri and (4) Ann Wanjiku Mukora, the deceased’s sons, grandson, and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewis Mwangi Mukora, who died at Kajiado, on 23rd October, 2023.
