TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2025 By Shem Otieno Maganga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patroba Maganga Amunga alias Patroba Makanga, who died at Esiandumba Sub-location, on 15th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By Morison Nyamboa Manga, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mugoda Mahanga alias Jackson Mugodo Mahanga, who died at Chagenda Sub- location on 7th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
