TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2025 By Job Mwambuki Esendi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Essendi Keruma alias Timothy Esendi alias Timateo Esendi, who died at Itegero Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By Gladys Midika Simidi, the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mugela Simidi alias Peter Mugera Simidi, who died at Lumaganda Sub-location, on 20th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
