TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By Alice Ndete Anunda, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Anunda Andanje alias Andanje Anunda, who died on 30th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By Geoffrey Abuko Mwanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwanda Wekondi alias Muhanda Wekondi, who died at Mutoma, on 17th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
