TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Eunice Wambura Nyaga and (2) Lucy Wawira Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 41, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Nyaga Njeru, who died at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By James M. Richard, of P.O. Box 22, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Kimotho, who died at Kerugoya County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
