TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By Julius Kinyua Nyaga, of P.O. Box 847, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Nyaga Kimotho, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2004. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2024 By Isaac Mugo Nyaga, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Nyaga Ngari alias Nyaga Ngari, who died on 6th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
