TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2024 By David Katumo Ngui, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngui Muloki, who died at Kwangii, Machakos, on 3rd August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By Francis Wambua Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaluka Maio alias Mbaluka Maiu, who died at Ndithini, on 10th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
