TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2024 By Reuben Muruka Ambwaya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Okola, who died at Emasaba Location, on 27th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025 By Victoria Asievera Memba, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Shagali Nagweya alias Shikhali s/o Nakweya, who died at Serem, on 23rd October, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
