TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Walter Otieno Ogola and (2) George Onyango Ogola, both of P.O. Box 9899-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Ogola Onyango, who died on 4th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2025 By Julius Lenya Otieno, of P.O. Box 19, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s stepfather, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Ochiel, who died at Riwa Village, Wathorego, on 10th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
