TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By Antony Omondi George, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Oluoch alias Odongo Oloch, who died on 2nd January, 1986. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025 By Teresia Achieng, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Soniali Demba alias Lucas Soniala Demba, who died on 14th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025 By Daniel Otieno Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Ochola Hombo, who died on 4th May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
