TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By Benson Makori Nyagwencha, of P.O. Box 2852–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Nyagwencha Omari alias Nyagwenchi Omari, (2) Nyabera Omari, (3) Mirieri Omari and (4) Meshack Nyambati Omari alias Nyambati Omari, who died on (1) 14th September, 1979, (2) 3rd March, 1961, (3) 17th September, 1996 and (4) 18th February, 1989, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
