WHEREAS Job Okunwa Oyugi, of P.O. Box 42144, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, Director, Delaco Limited, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.620 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Mtondia/1130, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisonal title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
