REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hetting German Solatic Limited, is registered as proprietor in abolute ownership interest of all those parcels of land, situate in district of Kwale, known as Kwale Diani Block/1192 and 1993, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green cards issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
