APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with section 30 (2) (d), (e), section 31 (d) and section 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the Kilifi County Assembly in its session held on the 2nd December, 2025, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor, Kilifi County, appoint— PHILLIP KITSAO CHARO to be the County Executive Committee Member responsible for Finance, Economic Planning, Resource Mobilization and the Executive Office of the Governor. The appointment of *Peter Mwarogo Samuel is revoked with effect from the 9th December, 2025. Dated the 9th December, 2025. GIDEON MAITHA MUNG’ARO, Governor, Kilifi County. *G.N. No. 15199 of 2025 is revoked.
