THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (CONTROL) ACT

DESIGNATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 67 (1) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration designates the following persons to be analysts for purposes of the Act, with effect from the 25th January, 2025.
