IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 B (1) of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning re-appoints— Under subsection (g) Mercy W. Kiana to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th March, 2025. Dated the 7th March, 2025.
