REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucia Nyambura Ngugi, as administrator of the estate of Elijah Ngugi Njuguna (deceased), of P.O. Box 1503, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 30568, situate in South West of Thika Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 228053, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
