REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Omar Abdulrahman Alwy and (2) Rukiya Bitni Soud, both of P.O. Box 85068–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 1751/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality (North of Port Reitz) in Mombasa District, registered under title No. CR. 10870, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
