WHEREAS Julius Carey Kinyua Kibui, of P.O. Box 54271– 00200, Nairobiis registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest all that piece of land containing 0.0486 hectare or thereabouts, registered as Nairobi Block 115/498, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
