REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Samuel David Muriithi (ID/30612822) and (2) Lydia Wanjiru Muriithi (ID/33816967), both of P.O. Box 56550– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru West Block 2/181, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
