REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Gituku Gathu (ID/13216839), (2) Stephen Karanja Ngure (ID/12651487) and (3) Timothy Kihara Ngure (ID/1025857), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.036 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in Kajiado County, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/39473 and 39474, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
