THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Nzioki Mwania and (2) David Mutiso Mwania, as administrators of the estate of Joseph Mwania Kikulumi (deceased) (3) Nelson Mbuva Kithuka and (4) Charles Muloo Kithuka, as administrators of the estate of Fredrick Kithuka Kisengi (deceased), all of P.O. Box 1022–90115, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/I/430, situate in Nairobi County by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N34, Folio 22, File 10761, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
