THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zipporah Mbithe Mutisya, of P.O. Box 69134–00622, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/1/582, situate in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered as Vol. N13, Folio 412/21, File 5406, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
