THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Gathoni Karuku, as administartor of the esate of John Munyororo Karuku (deceased), of P.O. Box 2080–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/104, situate in Nairobi City County by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N19 Folio 446 File 3523, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
