REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wangari Mutura, of P.O. Box 1180–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9712/82 (Original Number 9712/6514/4), situate in North West of Njoro Township in Nakuru district, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 193609, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
