REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vomorono Limited, a limited iability Company duly incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, with registration No. C. 94843, of P.O. Box 3811, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 2/51/1, situate in Uasin Gishu county, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
