REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Nganga Wanyambara (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Malewa/1105, situate in Nyandarua County, and whereas land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
