THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kahwai Warutere, of P.O. Box 365–10101, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nyeri/Ndathi/Settlement Scheme/785, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register(green card) issued thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall reconstruct the land register(green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
