THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimani Mbugua Maguta (ID/0561058), of P.O. Box 52759–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru West Block 1/2038, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
