REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Sidi Charo, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Mtondia/5345, situate in Kilifi district, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period I shall issue a new green card under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
