THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Karangau Gituto (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.008 hectares or thereabout, known as parcel No. Kiine/Kiangai/3411, situate in Kirinyaga District, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. MCSUCC 337 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Murimi Karangau (ID/5774732), of P.O. Box 180– 10101, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to John Murimi Karangau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Stephen Karangau Gituto (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
