THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wambui Muchiri Kamau, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.400 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/1359, situate in the district of Ruiru and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. 209 of 2016, directing the name of Wambui Muchiri Kamau be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Millica Wanjiku Kamau and (2) Joseph Ngigi Ndung’u, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Wambui Muchiri Kamau has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambui Muchiri Kamau, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
