GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2832

WHEREAS M’Mukiri Chabari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Abogeta/L-Kiringa/422, situate in Meru County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Meru in Succession Cause No. 183 of 2014, has issued letters of administration to Secinta Karimi as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Charity Maigene Mukiri, (2) Stella Kawira Mukiri, (3) Luciana Kananu Elias, (4) Secinta Karimi Mukiri, (5) Genesio Njau and (6) Doreen Kagoji, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Secinta Karimi as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Charity Maigene Mukiri, (2) Stella Kawira Mukiri, (3) Luciana Kananu Elias, (4) Secinta Karimi Mukiri, (5) Genesio Njau and (6) Doreen Kagoji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Mukiri Chabari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
