REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Luka Wagana (ID/1893959), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Nachu/Mikuyuini/280, situate in Kiambu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced before the land registrar shows that the land title deed was obtained fraudulently and the parcel belongs to Francis Waweru Kiragu (deceased), notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed to Francis Waweru Kiragu (deceased), and dispense with the production of the title held by Luka Wagana provided that no objection has been received within that period.
